The short version: we publish what is needed to warn other buyers and keep everything else private.

If you file a report

Published: your report text (after moderation), the display name you chose (or "Anonymous"), your state or country, the seller details you gave, the amount and payment method.
Never published: your email address, your city, and the evidence files you upload, unless a moderator decides a specific file should be shown and it contains no personal data.
We store a one-way hash of your IP address to stop spam and abuse. The report itself doesn't store your IP address. Our web server keeps standard access logs for up to 14 days for security.

Your contact details are used only to handle your request. A public response is published only if you ask for it.

We use a single session cookie to protect forms against forgery and to keep moderators signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
